Okay, so it’s been how long? Umm, 7 months since my last recap, but who’s counting right? I was going through our travel photos for my scrapbook, when I was reminded of our trip to San Francisco where I met Mrs. Plumeria. Of all the places we have been, Mr. Snow Pea and I agree that San Francisco was our most memorable trip. It’s definitely a fantastic place for a minimoon or honeymoon!
As I went through our photos, I stumbled upon so many great shots that I wanted to share, so a recap was absolutely necessary. I hate leaving loose ends.
Day 3: It’s been so long since our trip that I had to use Mr. Snow Pea’s shirt colors to tell me which day it was.
We went back to the SFMOMA to see the Picasso exhibit because they were sold out the day before. It was interesting to say the least. My favorite part had to be the bridge in the museum. I designed a bridge in high school and college, so I’m fascinated by them.
This is from Day 2. We had a small snack before we went to meet Mr and Mrs. Plumeria at SFMOMA. I just had to share this picture.
We walked over to the Aquarium (which was relocated for renovation) to check out the fishies. When I was little we lived in Baltimore for a few years, so I love aquariums and they always bring back fond memories.
We finally went to visit Chinatown and had brunch with Bridesmaid Lambchop’s cousin. It was neat and just like the Chinatown in NYC (ie. dirty and full of people and fish) but with lots of steep hills.
Then for the first time we hopped on a trolley to Fishman’s Wharf. I had no idea that you literally hang on the side of the trolley. I always assumed it was full seating.
Aquarium at the Bay.
We thought it was cute that this fish was sitting on top of his sign.
So did the starfish.
So we did the same. The fish is our new married last name.
Mr. Snow Pea petting a sea cucumber or something. YUCK!
It was a pretty long day. We went back to the house, had dinner and lounged around.
Our last day coming up next….
