I'm happily married! However, I between this 2016 and 2017, I am participating in many weddings! I am either the maid or matron of honor, traveling to help a girlfriend with her destination wedding, my sister is getting married, my brother is getting married, my best friend is renewing her vows, my other best friend is having a Muslim wedding in her Pakistani community to be celebrated for two weeks and it's going to be a busy time for me! If I'm not in a wedding, I'm helping with one! Finally, my husband and I are celebrating our celebrating our marriage in a unique World Tour ceremony. We originally got married in a castle, so we renewing our vows in the same castle with updated photos, then every country we travel, we try to find the most iconic...most romantic place and renew our commitment to each other. Him in his suit, me in a gown or dress. No big party, no other people invited except locals or close friends or family. It's our Love Project. Our original wedding theme was International Cultures and our Anniversary Love Project reflects on this theme. So far, we've taken anniversary photos in Egypt, various places in Asia and Europe. We are planning to take pictures this year in India and Bali. Next year, Africa. We are creating a memory book in time for a monumental anniversary such as the 10th or 20th year. I am on wedding bee because I've learned a lot in planning my own wedding and I am still learning from other brides as I plan. It is an ongoing project that gets lots of support from our family and friends because it is "us". Reason: My husband and I adore travel and each other. Both of our jobs take us around the world. We wanted a way to commemorate this love for travel and our love for each other. We are filming it as a personal history documentary and our photos are being put into a memory book. We don't hire professional photographers, we just ask a local person to snap or we take them ourselves. When we explain what it's for, they love it! And I have gotten some amazing photos with people and from people. It's been fun and it's like going on a honeymoon each time we travel.
