We hired Two Brothers Catering for our wedding on 9-28-19. Brad was very polite and the tasting was wonderful. However, the night of our wedding, this company had our wedding and another wedding at the same venue. We had 175 guest. I had previous given all the information to Brad about how many plates of each food was to go to which table. I did this without him asking. But never the less, some of my guest did not get the food that they had RSVP to receive. They were told that the kitchen had ran out of food and only had the kids plate. After learning about this, I reached out to Brad and his response was polite but defensive. He blamed my guest for changing their food order and moving tables (one couple). We ordered food for 175 and 15 of them did not show, so there should have been enough food. And he already had what the guest were suppose to eat, but the staff ask the guest again. Also, the plates that my husband and I were promised to take with us, was not available and ... Read morethe staff member told us that we could have their plate! While I did not see the purpose of continuing the dispute, I did not response back to Brad after his email. My husband and I paid a lot of money for our catering and it was a BIG disappointment. I am sure that if your event does not have a plated dinner or a big number of guest, this company will be fine. But if you are having a seating arrangement and a plated dinner with choices, you might need to rethink your options.
