The Star in Frisco houses a premier entertainment district. In the center of all of it is City Works. Our restaurant specializes in events of all sizes including wedding rehearsal dinners, showers, welcome parties and after wedding brunch events. Our large, versitile Private Dining room can accommodate seated events for up to 45 guests or cocktail reception stye events for up to 75 guests. This beautiful private dining room also has an adjoining, private patio area to allow for indoor/outdoor event options. For larger events, we also offer our North patio which overlooks the Ford Center and Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. Finally, we can also accommodate a full 2nd floor buy-out that can accommodate up to 300 guests. All event spaces have full A/V capabilities and we welcome our couples to bring in any type of decor or entertainment they would like for fully private events.
City Works is an "eatery and pour house" style restaurant, with a focus on classic American food with a twist. We offer 90 craft beers on draft, pouring from 200+ taps across 2 floors as well as wine on tap, which offers the benefit of freshness, consistency and sustanability. Our Private Event packet provides several menu options, an impressive selection of drinks and an upbeat, energetic atmosphere.
