Colorado Mountain Events LLC is a wedding venue located in Vail, Colorado. This all-inclusive location provides planning, design, and catering services to give you a stress-free journey to the altar. Its panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and greenery will make for a breathtaking backdrop for your ceremony and reception.
Facilities and Capacity
This lakeside setting has an assortment of event spaces to choose from, with both outdoor and indoor location for couples. In the heart of Lionshead Village is their Lion Square Lodge, which has two open-air venues with picturesque views of Gore Creek. It also includes an intricately designed ballroom, with over 5,000 square feet of floor space that can seat up to 250 people. Spacious clear tents can be placed on the property, allowing couples to enjoy the unforgettable view. Onsite accommodations are also available for your guests to stay overnight in luxury. The Donovan Pavilion ballroom can seat up to 200 people, and provides 5,200 square feet of space to get creative with. While the outdoor patio provides an ideal place for cocktail hours, the interior features large windows, giving guests an abundance of lush views. Soon-to-be-weds that prefer a lakeside ceremony can choose either the Eagle Vail Pavilion or Nottingham Park. Eagle Vail has a large wraparound deck and manicured lawn, ideal for elegant outdoor events, while Nottingham Park places couples right beside the serene waterfront. This area also features a nearby golf club, where couples can place their wedding arch along the rolling hills and forest of pine trees. Visitors will be welcome to dine at El Sabor, which features a private bar to enjoy celebratory cocktails. Parking is available on-site, with wheelchair accessibility throughout the premises to ensure all your guests partake in the affairs.

The team of event specialists will plan and design each part of your day with your unique vision in mind. Tables, chairs, and various event rentals will be provided, and set up to any arrangement you prefer. In addition, the onsite caterers will customize your menu to feature any entrees and hors d’oeuvres you prefer. From your rehearsal dinner to grand exit, the dedicated team will strive to give you the high-quality service you deserve.
