About Us

Congratulations on falling in love and deciding to make it a forever thing. It's always a good idea to say yes to love, and New Orleans is the place to wear your heart prominently stitched on your sleeve.

Whether you want to get hitched in the middle of a Second Line parade or waltz ina traditional Cajun wedding march, Ace Hotel New Orleans is a place for it all. Our Barnett Event Complex offers a collection of spaces that can be combined or separated in a myriad of ways - just as suited for intimate gatherings as for grand, raucous receptions.

Location
Ace Hotel New Orleans site on the corner of Carondelet and Lafayette street in the Warehouse District in one of the best cities on earth. Housed in a 1928 Art Deco building, the historic nine-story building stood as Barnett's Furniture Store until the 1970s and now stands as homage to New Orleans' intrepid spirit of joie de vivre and community. Like the city itself, Ace is infused with disparate inspirations, with design elements inspired by Paris, the 1920s, Art Deco, and gothic light, with thoroughly considered modern details and warm spaces.

A short walk to the French Quarter, we're close to art galleries and shopping, museums, and restaurants, and you can see Mardi Gras parades if you crane your neck. But with oysters and cocktails at Seaworthy, handmade pasta at Josephine Estelle, live music at our venue Three Keys, and a rooftop pool and lounge, it's okay if you and yours never want to leave.

  • We were very excited to celebrate our wedding with the NOLA Ace Hotel this November 2020. We had flown to New Orleans from Brooklyn, NY to view the venue and decide whether it was the right venue for us. We had just put our deposit down in late February 2020 and then COVID-19 hit 2 weeks later. We thought at the time that it would blow over quickly, but alas - here we are in October of 2020, NYC is still in partial lockdown, NOLA is still in partial lockdown and we have been able to plan absolutely ZERO for our wedding. At first we had decided that we were going to push the date forward a year to 2021. The Ace was very accommodating with this and told us to just let them know when we would like to book the new date. But as COVID has raged on my fiance and I decided that we have no idea when we will be able to assure that our family and friends can safely travel to new orleans. We chose the venue because it is half way between our families - his in California and mine in NY and also... Read more
