My name is Beatriz but all of my family and friends call me Bea. While growing up and attending family gatherings with my parents and siblings, I always loved the idea that there was always cake. Whether it was a just because cake, a birthday cake, a quinceañera cake, or a bridal shower cake that eventually led to needing a wedding cake, a baby shower cake, and another birthday cake again, and again, and again. Not to mention all the wonderful pastries in between! I started baking cakes and desserts at the early age of 14. It was then that I knew that baking was, and still is, something I enjoy doing.

I am passionate about decorating cakes and baking decadent desserts. I love taking on new challenges and being able to deliver an edible masterpiece to all my customers. Just seeing the facial expressions and excitement: Wow! Beautiful! Awesome! It is these types of reactions that bring me back to my childhood when I use to say those exact same things. That in itself is very rewarding. 

In 2004, I became a Certified Wilton Method Instructor. Paint classes and clay modeling inspire me and expand my imagination that can be utilized for our business.

A high percentage of our business is from repeat customers. The rest comes from our customers’ referrals. We are honored that our customers are so satisfied and trust us that they want their family and friends to have the same great experience.
