    • Beaver Creek Lodge was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for an intimate, fun, mountain wedding. We wanted something beautiful, unique, classy, and fun and this was the perfect place to do it. We had 130 guests and every guest walked away felling special, well taken care of and signing praises about the food, venue and staff. The food was top-notch! Definitely not your ordinary wedding food. We did a family style dinner with a champagne vinaigrette salad (one of the best I have ever had), homemade rolls, sirloin cap roasted beef and roasted lemon herb chicken with corn succotash and garlic mashed potatoes. Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! Riley the head chef with Revolution Dining did a great job at finding the perfect meal. The wait staff and front desk staff were all very professional, friendly and great to work with. However, I have to say Lori is the true hero. I could go on forever about how amazing Lori is!
