If that hasn’t sold you, they also offer bridesmaids gifts. From notecards to beauty creams, they have little knick knacks your special ladies will love. If your bridesmaids don't plan on wearing the dress again, send it back to Birdy Grey where they will donate it to help teens in need for prom.

  • Got delivered a dress with a huge gap in the back and contacted their customer service who apologised and re-delivered a dress. The second dress that arrived also had a hole, and so I asked again, what can we do. They apologised and sent another dress. Third time's the charm? Not with Birdy Grey. The third dress also has a hole - when I contacted them the third time, they retracted all their apologies and instead said the dress was "made that way to help the material not pull during sitting". And now they're starting to ignore my emails. I referred them to their own photos and videos on their website and nowhere does it show that there's a hole in their dresses. They must think that their customers are gullible enough to eat up anything just so they can protect themselves. *I do have photos/screenshots and email evidence to back up all my claims if needed.

Our keyhole construction at the skirt is intentional, as it reduces the number of layers around the zipper to allow for a better glide.
