    • Our guests were told the wrong wedding ceremony time, not told about the reception at all and overall there were more problems created than solved. Wedding planner at Iberostar Grand Bavaro was great but Blissful Vacations was difficult to work with and we had many complaints from guests about the lack of professionalism and missed important details.

    Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry there was a miscommunication. Yes, I had the incorrect ceremony time on the travel app I provided for you as additional travel support. I was notified of the original ceremony time when we confirmed the date and time with the resort last year. Since then, the time was changed directly with the wedding coordinator, and I was not copied in on that correspondence. However, once I learned of this information, I corrected the ceremony time on all guests itineraries who were using the travel app days before the wedding festivities. I would imagine you had the correct time on the formal wedding invitation you sent to all your guests, your wedding coordinator had the correct time with your festivities all set, and I quickly corrected it on the travel app. Again, I apologize for this miscommunication and if it negatively affected your trip in any way.
