Blue Collar Catering is a full service catering company established in 2005. We offer many types of wedding reception packages: Traditional, Plated, Cocktail, Clambake and BBQ, just to name a few. All of our reception packages are complete from the hors-d'oeuvre hour to the cake and include linens, china, stemware and our professional uniformed wait staff. We have worked at many venues in LBI (Brant Beach Yacht Club, Surf City Yacht Club, Private Houses), Cape May, Argos Farm, along with other farms, gardens and many venues throughout New Jersey.

We used Blue Collar Catering for our casual backyard wedding. We picked the Luau package of food & added the whole roasted pig. The food was amazing! We had so many compliments!! We added 2 servers to help us during the party & they were amazing - from set up to clean up - they went above & beyond
