Unfortunately this place as amazing dresses but a bad ordering processes and terrible customer service. I went to the one in irvine ca. Store manager is a b**** to say the least. I worked in retail over ten years i would have been fired if i acted like her. she is horrid to say the least. Real snotty attitude by most of the people that work there. now I ordered my dress in December got it early by May. So i assumed the bridesmaid dresses promised with in 14 to 16 weeks would be right behind. . yea umm its June. No dressdes no tracking number. I am now informed they might come as late as July. Im getting a plan b together and telling my bridesmaids to despute the charge on their credit card if its not there by July 1st. cause thats not right ppl have things to do we dont want to start alterations two weeks brfore and what if god forbid they dont fit or are the wrong color? My other bridesmaid ordered hers from New Jersey 6 weeks later then girls in cali and has received it already.
