I wrote the review below five days ago October 3, 2020 on trustpilot.com. After that, Jonathon - he said he is COO of the company - reached out. He gave his personal apologies and said he would give me an update every two days about my order whether there is any updates or not. He said I have his words. I believe in a second chance so I gave him a chance to rectify it. Guess what? I was COMPLETELY FOOLED! He never gave me an update, and I am f***** tired of following up. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THERE. YOU ARE COMPLETELY WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO TO BLUE NILE.
