Cal Aero Events is a country club wedding venue located in Chino, California that features vintage aviation architecture and decor that will transform your wedding ceremony into an old-school aviator’s affair. Located at the Chino Airport or Cal Aero Field, this country club is roughly a five-minute drive from Chaffey College Chino Community Center and a 20-minute drive Corona Municipal Airport. Cal Aero Events has an aviation theme that is inspired by the Golden Era of aviation, which creates a stunning and classic backdrop of aircrafts and vintage American decor. In addition, couples and their guests can enjoy a wonderful 360-degree view of the venue from the observation tower.

The Hangar features 5,000 square feet of space and pristine American aviation artifacts that create a military-friendly and comfortable space. The Hangar can open up into an outdoor space that provides a view of the tarmac and includes a stone fireplace and trellis with bar/barbecue area. This outdoor space also comes with a homely reception area for guests.

Accommodation
Cal Aero Events provides a relaxing bridal suite that overlooks the Hangar reception area. Groomsmen have access to a get-ready room downstairs that features a vintage-style private bar. They offer a range of unique amenities, which include the aircraft photo booth Photo-bomber, airplane cowling bars, vintage Coke soda machine, and a taxi for couples to make a spectacular entrance.

History
Cal Aero Events was designed as a facility to harken back to the aviation country clubs of old in the 1920s to the 1940s. The design of this wedding venue was modeled after the Hicksville Aviation Country Club located in Long Island New York, where aviation founders such as Charles Lindbergh and Leroy Grumman were members. Now, Cal Aero Events has become a center for both private events and aviation-related events such as EAA Young Eagle flights.
