About Us

Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery is an elegant winery located in the heart of Livermore wine country in Pleasanton, California. This Mediterranean-style oasis is surrounded by lush green vineyards and olive trees. Couples will be able to celebrate in their 20,000-square-foot luxurious palace. Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery has an experienced staff to oversee your wedding and make sure it’s everything you dreamed it to be.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 450 guests at this vintage-style venue. They have four different settings to choose between. These indoor and outdoor venues include:

  • Amber Room - Perfect for intimate ceremonies or cocktail hour. It features a 12-foot fireplace, golden brown walls and arched limestone molding.
  • Grand Salon - Ideal for large receptions, this spacious space features limestone arches, porcelain tile, golden walls and huge windows. Guests will experience views of the garden and vineyards from the Salon.
  • Entrance Hall - Features dramatic ceilings, intricate chandeliers and pristine, porcelain tile. It’s perfect to welcome your guests, or for them to mingle during cocktail hour.
  • Sun Garden - A lush-walled garden featuring tranquil water fountains. It’s perfect for an outdoor ceremony.

  • I could not have asked for a more professional, organized, excellent venue for my wedding this past October. We were doing a multicultural wedding and were really only looking at Palm Events Center and Casa Real as our options for our ~250 guests. We booked almost 15 months in advance and got one of the last peak season wedding dates in late October. I could go on and on about how great Casa Real is but I'll keep it to a few simple points: TEAM: Kara, Marlena, and Nicole are top of line event planners, people managers, and venue coordinators. They are highly responsive, even with the most minute of details. They are always willing to help out and offer information and guidance where asked for. I did not hire a wedding planner and relied on Casa Real and a day of coordinator (Marlena) to plan and execute the wedding.
