    • BEST FOOD! Phillipe and the entire team was incredible throughout the entire planning process. I was pretty particular with my selections and Phillipe was super flexible and accommodating with all my changes (even up to the last minute.) He really went above and beyond to make sure we had every detail covered - from napkins to serving utensils to deserts, coffee and tableside wine service. I also had a very difficult venue where he had to bring an entire kitchen to cook the food, so every food decision (or change!) I made impacted the ovens, tools, serving platters, etc. he had to bring on-site. I can't reiterate how kind and patient he was. It definitely impacted the cost, but I knew that when I booked the venue. Our meal was a family style italian dinner for 130 guests.
