My biggest issue with the service was the employees who worked the event. They were unpleasant to the attendee's of my event, ate the food off of the table when we paid $600+ for the service, They ate the food off of the table in front of guests and even though they wore gloves for sanitation they would text on their phone (and eat) while wearing those same gloves. They stood there while we unloaded their entire car and then seemed annoyed that we didn't help them clean up, again after paying 600+ for the service. While they were "attending" the fountain, they didn't smile or chat kindly with anyone and came off as mean and aggressive to the guests. They also ate the food from the table, again, this is food that we paid for guests to eat. The male employee also kept aimlessly walking around the event space going into different rooms and wasn't even assisting the woman at the table.
