The Notary Hotel, Autograph Collection was formerly known as Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown.
My husband and I were married here in May 2019, shortly before the property was rebranded as The Notary Hotel. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. My husband and I are both from Philly, but we currently live in California. It was really important for us to have a "Philly wedding." The location and decor of this hotel couldn't be beat. Angela and Nicole were such a pleasure to work with and our big day went off without a hitch. Also, it was so practical hosting our ceremony, reception, and hotel room block in one venue. We're Bonvoy Gold members and the service we received was everything we've come to expect from Marriott. The food was delicious and our suite was amazing.
At first we were a little disappointed to have our ceremony and reception in the same ballroom with a gap between the two, due to construction taking place in the hotel at the time, but Angela worked hard to make up for it in other ways and we were so grateful.
