Prior to the big day they kept in contact consistently, which was huge since we live in Texas and NOT California. The team is absolutely stellar and when we finally met in person (1 week prior to the big day) I was continuously impressed by their excellent customer service and how personable and accommodating everyone is. They will help work on a price that can fit your budget and make your event stress-free in all aspects.
