The manager was rude and stated that they spent extra money to ship my product, and she tried to make me feel guilty about what happened. She said that they should have never attempted to do the project, and she hated that they did it now. I begged them to redo the product, and they refused. I did not have a pleasurable experience. I would be cautious in using this company.
