Wow your guests with a classic mountain experience, while getting the personalized attention that you deserve. Inspired by their own love story from Colorado and Hawaii, the owners Tim and Christian have turned their 165-acre ranch into a timeless mountain setting for weddings and receptions for up to 180 guests. Located just 45 minutes from Denver, DCVR offers several outdoor ceremony sites to choose from; outdoor cocktail hour with lawn games for guests; and choice of reception in either the historic Barn with three levels including the Ultimate Man Cave, or the elegant Homestead Reception tent with chandeliers and romantic draped fabric. Now offering on-site overnight accommodations for up to 20 guests at the Homestead House. Customize the day to be uniquely yours. Simple vendor options make planning the party easy. Optional in-house financing makes planning the party affordable.

Facilities and Capacity

Deer Creek Valley Ranch offers several stunning sites to choose from. Enjoy them all with the "All Venue Access" package, or select one favorite with the "Preferred Venue" package.

Ceremony choices:

Barn Venue: Lakeside Gazebo with horses grazing in the valley -or- Mountain Bridge Meadow with a stunning mountain backdrop and surrounded by a creek, pines, and Aspen trees

Homestead Venue: Pine Cathedral with an intimate circle of boulders and pine trees with hand-crafted wooden benches -or- The Hearth with stately pillars, a custom 14' fireplace, and market lights overhead

Cocktail Hour choices:

Barn Venue: Gazebo Game-Site with roping steers, horseshoes, cornhole, ladder golf, etc. -or- the Fireside Patio with market lights and picturesque fireplace

Homestead Venue: Duke's Terrace -or- The Hearth, each site with market lights, roping steers, giant Jenga, giant Connect-4, cornhole, etc.

Reception choices:

Barn Venue: Historic Barn (orig. built in 1862) with three restored levels including the Loft, the main floor Dance Hall, and the Ultimate Man Cave featuring a custom pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, Xbox, and plenty more to keep everyone entertained

Homestead Venue: Homestead tent with timelessly elegant draped fabric, starlight curtains, and 12 glittering chandeliers.

Accommodations:

DCVR offers overnight on-site accommodations at the Homestead House for up to 20 guests. A newly renovated 750 sq ft Honeymoon Suite for the new couple to enjoy privacy, beautiful views, and their own entrance by the Wishing Well. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, if you want to cook. A great-room with electric fireplace, large-screen TV, wi-fi, games and poker table for after-hours fun, if you just want to play. And, of course, wi-fi.

Services Offered

Select the Venue Rental Package that best suits your needs.

"All Venue Access" = Exclusive use of both the Barn and Homestead Venue sites.

Paired with Accommodations, this gives you 22 hours of fun with family and friends.

"Preferred Venue" = Select either the Homestead Venue (up to 140 guests) or the Barn Venue (up to 180 guests), if you prefer one more than the other. Enjoy for up to 12 hours on Fridays or Saturdays, up to 11 hours Sunday through Thursday.

"Financing" = DCVR now offers in-house financing through an independent third-party company facilitating same-day approval via a simple application to fund all or part of your venue rental fee
