Extremely unprofessional. I have been trying to contact someone for over a year. No call back nothing, I paid $250 for reservation thinking I was going to have a ceremony and reception At my mom's house when I decided Doc Ford's was more appreciate as it was my first date and they cater. I asked Julie she mentioned to me when they book the date, I could have a refund - yeah that didn't happen- instead I try to catch them at wedding expos to confront the situation or email - nothing. All I would like is someone to please answer me and find a way to at least use your services if I cannot get a refund. Wedding is in one week!!!! Super disappointed. Never referring!
