The 18,000-square-foot Majestic Ballroom is ideal for ceremonies, banquets, and everlasting receptions. Alternatively, the 12,000-square-foot Orange Ballroom is a slightly smaller event space.   • I worked with Maria to plan my wedding and she was very incompetent. She never answered her phone or responded to my voicemails and only communicated with us via email. We also had to remind her multiple times to reply all so me and my fiance could both see the emails. My wedding was supposed to be in the outside pavilion and 6 days before the event she told me that the number of people, stage, and dance floor would not fit. I even met with her two weeks prior to the wedding to review the layout and she said it wouldnt be a problem. So 5 days before the wedding we moved the event to one of the inside ballrooms. The resort is very large and spacious and you can easily get lost. I asked Maria and Alberto to set up signs in the lobby to help direct everyone, however they didn't and many of my guests had trouble finding the ballroom.
