Whether you are looking for indoor or outdoor elements, you can have your choice here. The outdoor ceremony space overlooks the water and provides a priceless backdrop for such an intimate moment.There is an equally as impressive reception option that is simply perfect for couples looking to be as close to the water as possible while still providing the safety net of a covered space outdoors. A high quality white tent on-site has elegant drapery inside that creates a romantic atmosphere. As a virtually all-inclusive venue, you can your guests will also enjoy all the comforts of home on-site.

Services Offered
The morning of the big day, you and your wedding parties will have access to Get Ready Rooms on site. This way you can wake up and relax as you get ready for one of the most important days of your life with your closest friends and family. Down below, setup will be taken care of to your standards to ensure you don’t have to lift a finger. Clean up after the event is also included as a way to ensure no one has to take time away from enjoying the night to worry about tidying up. To make sure everything goes to plan, you’ll have access to an experienced event planner that works on-site to smooth out any issues that arise throughout the planning process. Lighting and sound equipment are provided in addition to all necessary tables, chairs, China, glassware, and flatware. Parking and transportation are also provided to make arrival and departure as easy as possible.

Catering and bar services are available through DoubleTree to make sure you are getting the freshest meals possible. There are a variety of menu and serving options, which include buffet, cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres, plated, and stations. All menus are finalized with a tasting. Bar services and staff can also be included and range from a collection of packages with open, limited, and cash bar options.

  • We wanted a venue that offered an outdoor ceremony & waterside reception so we picked this venue. 8 months prior to our wedding our family drove around the venue & overheard that the reception tent was going under construction. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us. The venue assured us that construction would start in Aug & finish in Sept (our wedding was not until mid-Nov so we had no issues). On Aug 1st we confirmed with Erin C. that everything was on schedule. So we set-up our food tasting for the end of Sept & had our groom’s mom fly in so she could see the new reception tent. Upon our arrival, we see that the OLD tent is still up & NO updates have been made. We were in shock as NO ONE communicated the 2 MONTH delay in construction. We were concerned as they mentioned that the new completion date was now Nov 1st (~2 weeks before our wedding).     I due apologize that we were not able to host your wedding at our facility. It was never my staff nor my intention to mislead you. My General Manger, Director and Sales, and myself gave the most accurate information that we were receiving from the contractors, as we were not permitted to give a schedule to any clients. I understand that you had a different contact before I started assisting with your wedding, which can have some delay or miscommunication with information. It can always take time with the transition and I apologize for that. We found several back up locations for your wedding leading up to the big day and had two back up locations offered at our facility. We had them on hold. I am glad that you were taken care of at one of the facilities we found for you, but am still disappointed that we were not able to do more. I am glad that they agreed to match our pricing for you for your wedding and rooms. As I mentioned, it was never our intention to mislead you and every bride deserves to have a perfect wedding day.
