    • Everything went pretty smoothly for planning a wedding and travel for 14 people. I think keeping an organized list of your guests arrival and departures is very helpful tip for a bride. Also- when they ask if you want your travel documents by postal mail or email. Say email! We ended up with everyone in the party documents mailed to our house and then had to re-distribute them quickly to the other parties traveling. Email would of been so much wiser but we didn't realize that was going to happen. We needed the documents constantly for transfers and check in at the different resorts so keep them handy. :)
