Hello my name is Mark. I am the head Pitmaster at Dugan Jacks Smokehouse, Northeast Oklahoma's premier catering and BBQ. We are a Sapulpa based company that has taken the community by storm with our phenomenal BBQ styling. Our succulent meat's are Memphis inspired ( no sauce necessary) with Kansas City flavor profiles designed to please everyone. All meat's are slow smoked for many hours over Pecan wood to infuse a sweet never harsh kiss of smoke, and tenderness rarely achieved by most. What about the sides you ask? If the meat's alone don't send your tastebuds into extreme excitement our side dishes definately will. With a potato salad that has won national awards, Bacon Smoked Beans that have been labeled by our customers as " The best beans on the planet", and a Cheesy slaw that will make you salivate just looking at it. We are a total package experience that is unmatchable! Although BBQ is our primary cuisine we can design just about any menu to suit your needs.
