About Us

Hello there, Couples! Thank you for stopping by to meet Elevate Your Event! Let's see if we will make a good team?

We are an event design and decor rental service, with display and consultation shop space located in Northwest Missouri. We serve the quad-state corners areas: Northwest Missouri, Northeast Kansas, Southeast Nebraska, and Southwest Iowa.

Officially establised in 2015, we have offered tabletop decor options that begin with a linen selection all the way to the candlelight. Our fabric treatments, centerpieces and assorted accents enhance every event from weddings, (bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, wedding breakfast, etc) to corporate celebrations to holiday parties. We have a broad range of style, color palettes, and design scape ideas to work with your selected venue space.

The carefully curated, and ever growing, collection of new items, custom unique designs, and "found" treasures in our inventory will delight you, and suit a creative aesthetic to fit YOUR event.

Elevate Your Event has established working relationships, occasional collaborations, with other local vendors: venues, florists, bakers, photographers, other event designers, along with other specialty services you may need to complete every aspect of a successful celebration, no matter how big or small, grand or simple. It is our collaborative job to work together to give you, AND your guests, the best experience at the event you are hosting.

Full event decor and tablescape set-up/tear-down service, combined with your rental item selections, is available to give you the best, most stress-free planning and hosting experience. If you are a comfortable DIYer, a la carte rental options are also available for you to take the reins and handle the details yourself. Custom packages are further tailored to your event after a more in depth consultation to determine your vision, realistic expectations, what you really need, timeline availability, and your budget considerations.

  • The most professional out of all of our vendors. We got our sweetheart table decor and navy tablecloths here. We were not disappointed. We went to an appointment and she had all her stuff set up to show us what it would look like. Highly recommend! Was not disappointed!
