  • I had a very sad and unfortunate experience with this shop. I got engaged a week before COVID lockdown and navigating wedding planning during a pandemic has been rough (our date was NYE 2020). I bought a dress final sale online because everyone says you should have the dress 7/8 months out. I panicked and regret this decision so much. When I bought the dress, I called the shop right away and all the manager said was that alterations start 6 weeks before the wedding. This was the first red flag- what bride wants to wait until a month and a half before her wedding to try on her dress?! No one offered to set up an appointment to try it on or anything. I guess because I had already paid and no one was making commission, I was no longer of value to them. This was a recurring feeling for my entire experience with this shop.
