This letter of recommendation is for Nancy Ortega of Fabulous Weddings Central Coast.
Nancy coordinated my wedding this past June at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara and her expertise was a valuable asset towards the planning of our big day. Even though I had hired her only for the “Day of” services, she made herself available throughout my 6 months of planning. She was readily available through telephone and email communication and was prompt and professional with any answers I needed. She made it a point to visit our ceremony and reception site numerous times prior to our wedding and was in frequent contact with the catering manager at the hotel site to ensure that our wedding would be as flawless as possible. With my husband and I both working and living in the Los Angeles area, this took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. Nancy also contacted our vendors to verify details of their services and assisted with any questions or problems they may have had. She also organized our wedding rehearsal for us and made sure that our reception room was decorated per our instructions and made sure that each of our items for the tables were received and places accordingly. She developed a detailed time line for the day of the wedding so that our wedding party was aware of the day’s schedule and did a fabulous job of facilitating the wedding ceremony, as well. For the reception, our concern was for the DJ to be informed of how we wanted our announcements and entertainment to flow during our reception and Nancy did a great job coordinating every detail with him. At the end of the night, our gifts and miscellaneous items were delivered to our hotel suite safely, along with slices of our wedding cake that we missed eating at the reception!
From talking to our guests after the wedding, everyone had a wonderful time and complimented us on how beautiful everything turned out. Without Nancy’s assistance, we couldn’t have pulled off the wedding of our dreams. I highly recommend Nancy to coordinate any special event because her and her team of true professionals.
