Facilities and Capacity
Accommodating up to 245 guests, Fairview Farm Events offers multiple event spaces in which couples may host their ceremony and/or reception as well as rehearsal dinner option. Fairview Farm offers an entire weekend, Saturday, or Sunday as well as new weekday elopement or vow renewal options. A large 4000 square foot 1920's dairy barn was recently transformed into a unique large five bedroom amazing loft where we can now host up to fifty onsite guests may be accommodated. There is also a large farmhouse and game room property, waterfront cottage and transformed hay barn loft. Accommodations are optional with our basic package and included with our premiere package.

Accommodation
Fairview Farm Events accommodates up to 18 guests with its Basic Inclusive Weekend package and up to 40 guests with its Premiere All-Inclusive Weekend package where 50 onsite guests can stay on the entire property as an option..

History
A 115-acre dairy farm built in 1915, Fairview Farm Events was originally owned and operated by the Blanton family. In late 2013, the venue underwent extensive renovations to become the exclusive wedding and event venue it is today.

Located west of Midlothian, Virginia, Fairview Farm Events is approximately 20 minutes from Cumberland State Forest and one hour from RIC airport. We attract couples from all over the nation and beyond.
