About Us

Welcome to First Class Cakes!

Always having been an avid baker, Brenda started her wedding cake business at the sweet age of 15,   working out of her parents restaurant, the Swedish Kitchen in Lancaster, CA.  Several years later she opened two of her own brick and mortar bakeries, one in San Luis Obispo and one in Acton Ca.  Brenda is a self taught, award winning wedding cake artist!  Whether you prefer buttercream, to light and delicious whipped cream, or fondant-covered confectionary masterpiece.     • Brenda is awesome!! We decided to go with cupcakes for our wedding. The tastings, prices, customer service, were all FANTASTIC!! There are so many combinations to choose from. We had chocolate/peanut butter and strawberry/lemon. SO GOOD. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!
