I found Flowers by Topaz at a bridal expo and was so excited to work with them. Everything went smoothly in the beginning, until I actually needed them to start producing samples. From there, everything went downhill. Most of the correspondence was done via email, which is impersonal. I had to wait days and sometimes weeks to get a response. Nothing was done early, as promised. I basically had to stalk people to get anything done on time. Anna and Jessica were helpful at times, but Mark, the owner, is uninvolved in most of the process. The end products looked beautiful, but for the price and extremely poor service, I would say Flowers by Topaz is not worth your time.
