    • Use any other company to rent rentals from. We used them for our wedding in Port Townsend, even went into the storefront in Bothell months before because we were concerned about delivery and pick up so far away. They assured us it would be totally fine. However, only a couple hours into the wedding our servers started dumping out our guests' wine because the drivers from Grand Events came INTO our venue and told the servers it was time to pack up, hours before the contract said they were supposed to come in and pack up the items. I contacted the general manager and brought up this and the fact that I had ordered 65 pint glasses and they sent 11. He was completely unhelpful, basically didn't believe that his drivers entered our venue and were the cause of hundreds of dollars of wine being poured out. I would absolutely never work or rent from them again. They didn't even cover the charges we incurred due to not having pint glasses last minute. This company has abysmal leadership and zer...     Kelly, We are completely disheartened to see this review. We strive to provide exceptional rentals and customer service, and this is not the norm for our customer's experience with us. After your wedding, we exchanged several emails/calls with you to discuss this matter and took your feelings to heart. We provided you with several discounts, courtesies and reimbursements to show our good faith in turning this matter into a more positive experience, despite our reservations as our crew would never act in such a manner. Our GER crew, whom have strict policies and training on handling events, are instructed by our owners to be as tactful and inconspicuous as possible while guests are still on venue grounds. Our team would never act in such a manner, and we did discuss this with to let you know what our crew team experienced when they arrived that evening (as they were given several instructions by guests of your wedding party). Unfortunately, we see now that you were not satisfied with our several attempts to work with you on this matter and would like to offer, once more, to please contact our office to speak with our team directly. -Please call us at (425)462-7368 as soon as possible.
