Morgan, We are surprised and very sorry to learn you were not happy with our services. Infatuating Affairs specializes in creating custom wedding experiences with multiple vendors. We are very familiar with balancing multiple independent vendors, as all of our couples have had distinct venues and multiple vendors. Perhaps one of our more extensive packages would have been a better fit for you. Our day of coordination package provides a complimentary 1.5 hour consultation, one final planning meeting prior to the wedding, final walkthrough of the venue, coordination of rehearsal, vendor recommendations, a final checklist four weeks prior, coordination of vendor arrival and wedding timeline, and up to 12 hours of actual on-site coordination on your wedding day. We were happy to provide three planning meetings, two onsite meetings, our comprehensive 12 month planning checklist, unlimited emails and text communication, additional staff at the walkthrough, rehearsal, and on wedding day, in addition to what the package included. We were also happy to fill in gaps that are typically outside of a wedding coordinator's arm of services - such as placement, setup, and breakdown of tables and chairs, rinsing and cleaning dishes and flatware rentals, and provided two additional staff members to ensure you did not incur any additional fees from vendors because of these gaps. Again, we are very saddened to hear you were not happy with our services. We can assure you that your guests had a wonderful time and were very much pleasured with the wedding as we have received beautiful "Thank You" notes from your immediate family and friends. It was truly a pleasure getting to know you and Terrance throughout this process and we wish you a lifetime of happiness together. You will always be a part of our IA family. Best wishes, Jenn & Thelma
