  • We booked Infinity for our July wedding because they were the preferred vendor at our venue. Upon meeting they seemed to have great energy, sounded accommodating and fun, and the music they played at the tasting we met them at was great. Fast forward to this spring/summer and I had not once heard back from Rich. I emailed with questions and was never responded to. I was simply told “fill out the wedding worksheet.” The worksheet was very basic, and didn’t ask for types of music we like, ceremony music we would like, or even a song request. When I finally got to speak with them on the phone it was a rushed conversation where I felt like more of an annoyance than an appreciated customer. The night of our wedding I noticed many of the things we asked for never happened. We were told by many of our guests that when they requested songs, (for example something more upbeat after 5 slow songs) they were met with attitude and brushed off. The two most important things to us were food and... Read more

I would like to apologize if at anytime you felt unappreciated as our client, I would never want any of my clients to feel that way. So, if you did - my deepest apologies, that is certainly not how I ever meant to make you feel. As far as returning phone calls, I take pride in how I have handled phone calls for the last 22 years I have been in business and always return them in a timely manner. Perhaps, you called me on a weekend, where sometimes I do not get to them immediately as I am working events then. I did look over all the emails that were sent by you and returned by me - and sent by me and returned by you. I could not find an issue, as I looked up each email you sent me and here is what my records show: 6/15 -email from me 6/17 - you responded at 12:25 6/17 my response -12:44 6/19 email from you 8:30 6/19 my response 8:37 4/25 email from you 9:44 4/25 my response 10:00 6/28 my email to you 3:22 6/28 your response 3:23 6/28 my response 3:29 7/9 your email to me 11:13 7/9 my response 11:34 My wedding sheet has worked for us for all the years I have done weddings. Most brides usually email me back with their own do /do not play list and some don't at all, its up to their personal preference and as far as the 3 songs for the ceremony - that goes on the email as well. I have taken into account your feedback for ceremony music and already added it to my wedding work sheet. As far as the music is concerned,I thought your guests had a great time. We certainly did not intentionally brush anyone off. I emailed you with an apology and an offer for a gift certificate in the future. My apologies again, I would never want anyone to feel unappreciated or unhappy- I appreciate every one of my clients for the last 22 years.
