    • The Driver never showed up. I confirmed the bus the day before the funeral and was told not to worry. The owner made excuse after excuse. 1. The driver is on his way delayed due to rain The end 2. We can’t reach the driver 3. We cancelled your bus in error and didn’t notify you. 4. The bus was cancelled because of the coronavirus ( this was before the stay in place and recommendation for social distancing) the result was I have to get rides for 45 people to attend my sons funeral. This is a crap shoot and I am not sure what the bus looks like. Make sure you have a back up plan because this bus service is NOT reliable.
