From the moment I requested information, Joanne was BEYOND attentive and responsive. She was easy to work with, listened to my concerns and needs, and paid attention to every detail while we worked together. She was amazingly flexible in scheduling the trial which made me feel relaxed about the whole process.
She fit in seamlessly with my hairstylist and my bridesmaids. Everyone was extremely happy with how their makeup came out. I was able to sit back and actually ENJOY the experience because of her calm presence. She was able to keep everything on track, even when it started to get a little crazy right before first look.
