About Us

Kindred Oaks is a beautiful Texas-style estate that sits on 11 acres of Hill Country land in Georgetown, Texas. Since 2003 they have been one of the leading venues in the Austin area and offer a welcome familiarity to every couple who walks through their doors.

Facilities and Capacity
Kindred Oaks offers four unique wedding ceremony sites and boasts a 2,300 square foot limestone and cedar reception pavilion that can comfortably accommodate up to 230 guests. The pavilion includes a stunning 14' fireplace for use during the colder months, ceiling fans for the summer, and is completely encloseable to allow for a comfortable reception during any and all weather conditions. In addition to the pavilion they also offer a separate 1,400 square foot dance floor surrounded by benched seating, a fenced-in children's play area, and plenty of lighted parking.

    • Elaine, Heather, and the Kindred Oaks staff were amazing to work with. Of all the venues we visited, I felt Kindred Oaks was definitely the most “us” - we loved that it was outdoors and beautiful but also not extremely formal or rustic. Basically you can do as much or little decoration as you want to make it your own. It was exactly what we were looking for, had a solid backup option for rain, and the price was great (we’re from Houston and looked at venues here and in the Austin area). What really sealed the deal was how much we enjoyed chatting with Elaine during our visit. She made us feel confident that we’d be taken care of and working with them would be fun, and of course, we love that it’s family owned. We asked a ton of questions and they were very patient and helpful and chimed in with advice or suggestions where needed, which I especially appreciated since we didn’t have a wedding planner.
