Knoxville Ranch is an event and wedding venue located in West, Texas. Nestled on 50 acres of scenic land outside of Waco, Texas, this beautiful ranch will provide all your wedding needs. This elegant property incorporates Texas charm with a modern touch. This full service wedding venue incorporates everything you need for your special day. With a 5,000 square foot main hall, and 10,000 square foot covered pavilion, you can’t go wrong with this choice during rain or shine.

Facilities and Capacity
Knoxville Ranch is a versatile and elegant choice. Surrounded by luscious trees, this ranch includes a pond as the backdrop to your outdoor wedding ceremony. The outdoor patio includes a raised and covered altar, with gorgeous landscaping on both sides. Custom lighting creates whatever color ambience you prefer for your evening ceremony. Quaint on-site cabins are the perfect place to host your wedding party, while the wedding couple can enjoy sleeping quarters in the grand hall.

The staff at Knoxville Ranch is ready to help you create a wedding of your dreams. Whether you are bringing 50 guests or 1000 plus, the staff will be sure to make sure everything runs smoothly. With barware, flatware, glassware, china, and linens included, you won’t have to worry about the miniscule details for your big day. The friendly staff at Knoxville Ranch is happy to host your bridal shower, ceremony, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, reception, and everything in between.

Accommodations
Knoxville Ranch is ready to accommodate to your every need. With amenities such as a nursery room, and additional babysitting if needed, you can be sure your little ones are taken care of during the festivities. The spacious bridal suite is to die for, with plush couches to relax before the festivities. The groom’s suite is located near the fishing pond, with the interior including pool tables, and a large TV for the ultimate man cave experience. Four bedrooms in the main quarters are available for the bridal party, as well as additional cabins.
