  • I can not begin to express how unhappy I am with this company. Lindsay is great at selling herself and her services but the follow through was not there. No organization, no communication, I had to run after her or remind her of things 3 - 4 times to get things done. I would never recommend her, I ultimately decided to terminate the contract to avoid having her on my wedding day. She also always has an excuse for not doing something. She tried transferring me to another of her wedding planners in her company but same thing happened. At first it was great and out of no where I never heard from the other girl only to find out the new girl Lindsay had transferred me to no longer worked there... Lindsay also can’t admit when she’s wrong or when she makes a mistake. Overall, there needs to be a serious change in the whole company, it is not just one thing that needs to improve, I believe the whole company needs a restructure. Wish I could put zero stars

    We are sorry to hear you are upset. As you may recall upon our initial conversation, Normally two planners are assigned to weddings to cover all details on the case that one planner can not respond right away. After advising you of this, the contract was adjusted to have the owner, Lindsay, be the primary and only planner to handle all details as per the client's request. After over 10 months and 3 postponements, and having had our checklists ignored with details booked and handled without consulting Lindsay, another planner was added into the planning. It is unfortunate that this planner was laid off due to COVID and the pandemic. An email was sent out advising all clients that our staff of 7 had been reduced to 2 and that we were going to have a slower response time. We adjusted the 48-hr response time to a 72-hr response time. We added in a monthly Live Q&A, webinars, and emailed ALL clients regarding Covid Guidelines, State Regulations, and our procedures moving through the pandemic. We also offered phone assistance via text and call. We did not charge any clients for over 6+ months as we understand many clients lost their jobs and had to move their wedding dates. We tried to be as understanding as possible. We understand the pandemic added a layer of stress and uncertainty and we did the best we could in a time where nothing was certain. It is unfortunate that all this occurred. When it seemed as if there was nothing further we could do, we offered to transfer the contract to another planning company and offered a choice of 5 reputable companies who had the date available. We were willing to pay for it because weddings should be celebrations and we wanted to do everything possible to have this client enjoy their wedding day. No Client should ever have to feel Ignored, Unheard, or Unhappy regarding their wedding. We are truly sorry that this client went through this experience. There is no amount of discounts and add-on's that could ever make a bad experience better. And in sincerest regards to you and Evelyn, We are sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. We will do better to confirm expectations in the beginning and to review those expectations sporadically with our clients.
