No matter the space, the architecture is beautifully restored throughout the estate. Rich wood molding decorates the walls and lacy chandeliers hang from the ceilings. Magnificent and tasteful, the entrance is marked by a marble foyer followed by a grand foyer. Among the many rooms and spaces, there is the Parlour, the Outdoor Portico Deck, multiple salons, and a ballroom.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available in the Carriage House, which spans 2,200-square-feet. The upstairs once housed the full-time staff and the bottom floor was where the Loose family kept their Packard Limousine. The bed and breakfast has two suites and five bedrooms where couples and their guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast. The rooms feature traditional-style furniture that preserves the overall authentic aesthetic of the estate.
History
This historic mansion was originally erected in 1907 by Jacob Loose for his beloved Ella. The two were known to be deeply in love and to demonstrate grand displays of their affection for one another. An example of this can be seen in the ‘S’ carved throughout the grand staircase, an homage to Jacob’s nickname for Ella, Sunshine.
