About Us

Located in Ham Lake, Minnesota, Majestic Oaks Golf Club is a country-club style wedding venue, designed to be affordable and fitting within the budgets of all couples. They are renowned for their state-of-the-art amenities and sublime service that aims to craft a momentous experience that you will never forget.

Facilities and Capacity

Couples can find several elite event spaces available to use for their wedding celebrations. The Mediterranean-style pergola can host 250 guests and offers serene pond views. An old weeping willow tree leans over and shadows the ceremony area, creating a tranquil setting. The Traditional White Gazebo is another gorgeous outdoor waterfront event space with seating capacitues up to 400. Couples can exchange their vows under the gazebo that is set on a lush green lawn which is surrounded by four red maple trees.

The Terrace Room can host up to 40 guests is situated alongside The Oaks Bar & Grill and is great for Grooms dinners, Bridal showers and Bachelor Parties. For couples looking to put on an intimate event, the Cedar Room offers an ideal location. This event space has a brick fireplace, built-in dance floor, a terracotta bar and access to a patio that displays serene views of the property. The Fireside Ballroom possesses a large double-sided stone fireplace, setting the mood and providing all the warmth your event will need. The room can hold 150 guests and opens out onto an impressive deck overlooking the sprawling golf course. The Majestic Ballroom boasts tasteful wrought-iron chandeliers suspended from its vaulted beamed ceilings, with patio access, a built in dance floor and bar and floor to ceiling windows that offer a ton of natural light. If couples require extra space, the Majestic and Fireside Ballrooms can be joined together to create the Grand Ballroom. Our large outdoor event tent, seats up to 200 guests and offeres a large blank canvas to let your imagination run wild with when it comes to decorating.

  • We had to find a new venue 3 weeks before our wedding due to covid complications. I called on a Saturday and Majestic Oaks got us in on that Tuesday to review wedding details. They did everything from helping us plan a budget friendly meal and drink menue to providing us with a last minute propane tank for our patio heater. Their outdoor tent is very nice and was able to accommodate all of our guests (even with COVID restrictions). The wedding planner answered my emails, phone calls, and text messages at all times of the day. The food was incredible! They kept our real flower center pieces in a cool place for us until they put all of our decorations out on the table for us. I would recommend them a million times!
