Our Wedding Runner service has become quite popular. At $75 per hour, there is no question that it's the best decision you can make for your wedding. You need to enjoy all the hard work you've been doing!
We will assign ONE of our talented and experienced coordinator for every 200 guests. It begins with your FREE consultation, where we will discuss exactly what you need based on the size of your event, size of your wedding party, vendors, material transport, etc.
Throughout your planning stages, you would keep us updated with the vendors you have hired, discuss specific design and set-up instructions and seating arrangement for the reception. You will also pass on to us your vendor contacts information. As your big day nears, we will contact your vendors to introduce ourselves as your coordinator and to confirm and finalize everything that is needed for your event.
Our services also include two complimentary rehearsal hours, since this will be the chance for us to meet everyone in the wedding party and learn the rules of your ceremony. We can also pick up your ceremony programs, seating cards and wedding favors for transport for the wedding day.
