  • My daughter was forced to cancel her wedding due to Covid. One stop will not refund the deposit of $1200 for a tent rental. They want to offer a credit. We live 4 hours away and the wedding is not rescheduled its cancelled. I understand cancelation policies etc however these are certainly not normal circumstances. I could understand if food or something had to be purchased but in this case it is a tent that is more than likely sitting in storage. The fact that they are not able to have their special day is bad enough and now as a young couple they are out $1200 because one stop in my opinion is being extremely unreasonable. They have now stopped answering email

    Thank you for your review and we are sorry that your daughter had an experience with our company that did not match her expectations. We can't imagine how difficult it has been for Nicholas and Sam to cancel their wedding in September. Our family run business has never experienced anything like this in our 45 years in business. We were forced to close our door in March and sent our employees home for several months. We just recently opened our business on Monday, June 1st for small orders for curbside pick up and deliveries. We have been cooresponding with your daughter via email since April and were keeping her posted on our policies or any changes. We have offered all of our couples the option to postpone until anytime in 2021, reducing their counts to follow the government guidelines, or receive a store credit for future use. If a refund is requested, our company is not able to refund at this time. We do appreciate your patience during this time. We will stay in touch with your daughter if there are any updates or changes to this policy.
