About Us

Pipers At The Marott is a historic banquet hall-style wedding venue destination located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Built in 1926, owner and executive chef, Will Osgood opened the business in 1984. The venue has since established a reputable reputation as a sought after wedding venue. Not only does it boasts gorgeous premises to host sensational events, but an award-winning culinary team that provides top-quality cuisine too.

Facilities and Capacity

Pipers At The Marott has several elaborate event spaces, each one as beautiful as the other. They exhibit the essence of old-world charm while hosting a host of modern amenities. The Atrium provides enough space for up to 230 guests and is a lovely location to host a wedding ceremony. The room features a small pond surrounded by green foliage with a glass ceiling that allows natural light to gracefully pour down on its occupants. The Grand Ballroom is the largest available space and can host up to 275 loved ones. The room exudes class and features a wonderful RGB lighting system in its roof along with surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows. The Crystal Room can hold 150 guests and features five elegant crystal chandeliers suspended between marble pillars and contains its original marble flooring from 1926. The Meridian Room offers an ideal location for smaller gatherings like rehearsal dinners. The get-ready rooms provide an excellent location for couples and their wedding party to relax prior to the main events.

Services Offered

Once you have booked this venue, you can benefit from a collection of useful services that may help to craft an unforgettable wedding experience. An experienced event coordinator can be assigned to assist you during the planning process. They aim to work alongside you while providing guidance and support even after you’ve walked down the aisle. The venue has a range of event item rentals that include Chiavari chairs, tables, and linens in various colors. The attentive staff will provide setup and cleanup services on the day of the event. Free parking will be available to you and your guests and a valet service will be arranged for events that exceed 175 guests.


Pipers At The Marott has become synonymous with high-quality food. Their executive chef can assist couples in putting together a customized menu for their event. Guests requiring special dietary attention can have their needs catered to by the venue’s catering team.

  • My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Piper's and Debra and Ashley. From the moment we met Debra and saw the venue, it took no time at all to decide to sign on the dotted line. The venue itself is gorgeous - beautiful chandeliers, several rooms available for the event, and FREE PARKING. We cannot believe how reasonably priced everything was - especially considering that you get either Debra or Ashley as a day-of coordinator in the package. I left the day we signed feeling as if I could walk in off the street and get married there - it's that beautiful. Any decorations we added were above and beyond. The food was incredible - Chef Jeff was amazing and truly made sure we had exactly what we wanted. At the end of the event, staff neatly boxed everything that had been on our dining tables including the cake table. It was incredible.
