About Us

Rabbi David & Cantor Lee Degani are a husband-and-wife officiant duo who delight in joining couples together in matrimony. They specialize in conducting Jewish as well as interfaith ceremonies. Joining people together in matrimony is a special skill of theirs, and they draw on their expertise from years of seeing couples come together as one. Rabbi David and Cantor Lee are both respected figures at Congregation Shirat Shalom of West Boca Raton, Florida. Combine this with their strong marriage of several decades and they clearly know a great deal about the principles of love, commitment, and lasting friendship.

Services Offered

Owing to their prowess for conducting Jewish and interfaith ceremonies, Rabbi David & Cantor Lee Degani are able to craft distinctive and bespoke experiences for many couples. They have presided over a great number of celebrations, and their in-depth knowledge of the Jewish faith has played a crucial role in this. A consultation allows Rabbi David and Cantor Lee to get familiar with each couple, and a variety of customs can be talked through following this. A timeline, structure, design, and theme can each be discussed so that the appropriate ceremony is constructed for each to-be-wed. These Jewish celebrants delight in meeting couples’ expectations, and they do their utmost to respect each wish and preference along the way. Typically, their Jewish or Interfaith ceremonies last 30 minutes or less—ample time for a personalized and wholesome experience.

  • We had such a lovely experience with Rabbi David and Cantor Lee Degani. They were very responsive the entire time. Walked us through the ceremony details during the planning process, and were open and flexible to our wants/needs. The actual ceremony was perfect, between Rabbi David and his words and stories, and Cantor Lee singing in between. It was beautiful! They also assisted us in providing the chuppah and ketubah, did not expect that and it was a pleasant surprise :)
