  • We used Red Maple for our wedding at the Donovan Pavilion and everyone was raving about the food. They were very flexible with creating dishes for our dietary needs. The food was plentiful and the display was beautiful. The food tasted just as great on the wedding night as it did when we had our tasting - something that people often don't get when they use hotel space for large events. I highly recommend using Red Maple for your large or small event needs.
