The property is characterized by an open floor plan and modern design, providing a stunning backdrop for contemporary celebrations. Facilities and Capacity

A variety of chic spaces come together to make the Regency Event Center fully equipped for milestone celebrations. Bright and spacious get-ready rooms are available for both sides of the wedding party, helping to ensure that the first-look moment is left for the altar. One of the rooms features a games console, mini-fridge, and full-length mirror. The other is fitted with vanity stations, a dress rack, and a gorgeous three-panel mirror. Both get-ready rooms have comfortable lounge furniture for the happy couple and their loved ones to put their feet up. These airy, modern spaces allow soon-to-be-weds to start their day in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, the Windsor Ballroom offers over 4,000 square feet of space for the ceremony and reception. This large event area is characterized by sophisticated hardwood floors and a minimalist design. Gold tones and unique contemporary lighting fixtures add a subtle element of opulence to the occasion. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for seated events. The Parlor offers a bright, artistic area for guests to mingle as the ballroom is transformed from ceremony to reception. There is access to a mobile bar to keep guests in high spirits, and seating room for up to 75 people. Additional facilities include a prep kitchen for couples’ chosen caterers to prepare an exquisite meal.

The professional staff at the Regency Event Center is happy to assist with planning, setup, cleanup, and dinner service. An on-site event manager is available to help ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible from beginning to end. Couples have exclusive access to the venue all day to prepare for and celebrate their new beginnings. A one-hour rehearsal slot is also allocated to allow for additional preparations.
