Miss Rivera, We apologize that you felt we wasted your time. Unfortunately, our schedules started to get affected during the time frame of your request, as you may have been informed by your designer. When quoting tents, the process is a bit longer because we must ask questions regarding logistics, check with venue for installations, permitting, etc. Before we say no to any client we always want to see if our pre-scheduled events are flexible in any way with their logistics to try and fit you in. Unfortunately, that was not the case for your wedding date therefore your designer notified you we were booked. We apologize the process of notifying was delayed as we know time is at the essence when planning a wedding. Our designers are not in house every day at this time and this has delayed the response process. You can always call the office and any of the designers in house that day will be able to assist as much as possible.
