  • After our original plans were derailed due to COVID-19, we visited the Salamander for the first time one month before we ended up having our wedding there. We were immediately put at ease by Clare Pennington's responsiveness, patience, and organization. She is a pleasure to work with and is so on top of things she can make even the most anxious bride feel at ease!  We had a microwedding with just our immediate family and wedding party and it was absolutely perfect! We chose the culinary gardens for our ceremony and reception. The location could not have been more beautiful! The gardens were filled with blooming flowers and greenery and had dreamy string lights hanging.  The food was amazing! My husband and I are both very into food and he went to culinary school and used to cook professionally. Due to the shortened planning time, we were not able to do a tasting ahead of our wedding.
